Chicken wire, or poultry netting, is a mesh of wire commonly used to fence poultry livestock. It is made of thin, flexible galvanized wire, with hexagonal gaps. Available in 1 inch diameter, 2 inch and 1/2 inch, chicken wire is available in most garden centers, hardware stores, feed stores, and even Wal-Mart or K-Mart. Or you can use hardware cloth instead of chicken wire. Best wishes in your search!
