Hi! What was an open field on the other side of my 6ft tall chain link fence has now overgrown with weeds, vines, mimosas, etc. How do I, after cutting it all away, spray the area to keep it from coming back. We are talking about a fence 316 feet long and 6ft high and the overgrowth is coming all through the fence.

A vegetation killer (such as Round Up or Brush B Gon) should control the weeds, or rototilling a swath near the fence will keep them down. If the property is county or city owned, you should be able to contact the city/county to remove the weeds. If it is privately owned, you might be able to enlist the aid of the owner (or report the weedy growth to your county who may come out and remove the weeds and bill the property owner). Lots of possibilities here -
