My roses are blooming, but the leaves have white spots. Is that too much water from the rain? What can I do? Thank you for your advice.

White spots can be sunscald or might indicate a fungal disease. Sunburn or sunscald is an actual bleaching of the leaf; powdery mildew, a fungal disease will show up as a white coating. You may have to look at the leaf with a magnifying glass to help you determine just what the problem might be. Wish I could be of more assistance!
