The Q&A Archives: Black-Eyed Susan

Question: My Black Eyed Susan are growing beautifully but I noticed that there were what looked like many tiny black dots (eggs?)on the stems. I sprayed then with Tobacco Tea and it seemed to get rid of them. Now that the plants are high, with lots of buds, they've come back even worse. I tried another Jerry Baker Recipe. What can these be and how do I get rid of them? Will they kill my plants???
