mealy bugs - Knowledgebase Question

I think I have mealybugs on one of my perennials for a second year. How do I get rid of them for good.

Mealybugs are easy to kill either with sprays of insecticidal soap every 3-4 days for a few weeks, or dabbing individual bugs witha Q-tip soaked in rubbing alcohol. Stick with it and you can kill those pests.
