I realize that spring is the best time for moving plants, but how late in June [I live in the Pittsburgh area] can I move daylilies? Many thanks, Bernard Vavrek.

You can dig and divide or simply dig and transplant your daylilies now. The plants will be fine, but they may not bloom for a few weeks after the move. Once the roots are well established they will flower for you. Best wishes with your daylilies.
