The Q&A Archives: How much light is too much for a Hydrangea?

Question: If there is enough light for a grandiflora rose is there too much for a hydrangea?

Answer: Hydrangeas tend to wilt in hot afternoon sunshine but they do need some sun in order to bloom. Try to plant your hydrangea in morning sun and afternoon shade and your rose in full sunshine (8 hours).
