What causes the leaves to fall off after planting a nice grape plant. We used the B1 like the guy in home Depot told us too. So did we do something wrong? Or whats going on.

Grapevines can suffer transplant shock just like any other plant so if you've recently planted your grapes, just give them a few weeks to re-establish their roots. Once they do, they will develop healthy new growth. The recent heat isn't helping anything - it's hard enough for a plant to become established without having to deal with the heat! Just give your grapvine a chance and it will grow into a large, healthy plant.
