I bought a wine and roses bush a month ago and all the flowers came off already. Will it re-flower and when? Should I trim anything? I've had it about a month.

Weigela typically blooms in late spring or early summer. If you prune the stems back by about one third it will produce new growth and sometimes that new growth will flower so you'll have two bloom periods from your shrub. Generally, though, it blooms only in the late spring and early summer. Enjoy your new plant.
