| Home Depot carries Ortho products so you may have overlooked Ortho Rose Defense. A seconde option is Green Light Fungicide. Both have a neem oil base which has some residual effect. If you can't find either product, look for one that targets black spot on roses and has a neem oil base. Best wishes with your roses! |
