Stop pinching off the flowers. Your tomato plants are mature enough to set fruit now. You will see lots of flowers developing now that the weather is warm. I don't think the size difference in your plants is anything to worry about. Plants are like children - they grow at their own pace - but eventually they reach maturity. Hope you have a bountiful harvest!
