The Q&A Archives: Spider Lily

Question: Can a Spider Lily be grown as an indoor plant? Squrrels have been digging in my plant outside, so I brought it in. Willit be okay hanging in front of a window?

Answer: Spider Lily (Lycoris radiata) is an outdoor plant because it requires direct sunshine. If you can provide at least 6 hours of full sunshine, it will be fine hanging on a patio or porch, but not inside a house. Wish I had better news for you!
