What vegetables would be good to plant now in this 90
to 100 degree weather we are having? I just installed my
raised garden, and put in some squash. The rest is about 12 square feet of sunny space.

Vegetables that can take the summer heat in Florida include sweet potatoes, okra, southern peas (may not be worth it in such a small area), malabar spinach (not a true spinach), amaranth greens, and pumpkins. Planting for your fall garden will begin in mid July with tomatoes and peppers, and be followed in August with beans (mid month) and potatoes (about the 3rd week). By September you can begin cool season crops. So, you might want to save some space now for upcoming plantings.
