The Q&A Archives: lamium shearing

Question: Should lamiums such as Beacon Silver, shell pink, etc be sheared back after blooming? Mine are all splayed open now.
Thank you

Answer: You can shear yours back now and your plants will develop new foliage and flowers later in the season. Cutting lamium back helps renew the plant and keep it thick and compact. Good luck with your garden!
