| I can't tell from your description whether there is a fungal disease or if you are overwatering the aloe. Both conditions will cause the same symptoms. Aloe can go for weeks without water, even in the sunshine. You can try cutting off the black parts of the leaves to get rid of the problem. Be sure to adjust your watering schedule, too.
