The Q&A Archives: Peppers with black spots

Question: My pepper plants began to sport a blackish color where the stems branch out from the main stem. In addition one of the peppers have black streaks on them. This is the case for both my yellow pepper plant and my Fresno pepper. Any suggestions? Can I still eat them if they have black spots? Thank you, Jenny
