Does Home Depot have a fungicide in their inventory for purchase which will help with this problem? Thanks!

Cercospora leaf spot is a fungal disease and can be controlled with Immunox or Daconil. Both are readily available in garden centers. Other brands are available, as well. Just look for a fungicide registered for use on ornamentals and then apply according to label directions. Best wishes with your hydrangea.
