| Slugs and snails are so destructive! You can hand pick (yuck!) or you can use a bait to control them. There are several on the market. My favorite is the iron based Sluggo. What product is not consumed will dissolve into iron, which is helpful to the soil. Sluggo is safe to use around children and pets and it won't harm wildlife. Just sprinkle around your plants as recommended on the product label. It does a great job in controlling the pests. Best wishes with your garden. |
