| Without seeing the bugs, I don't know whether they are beneficial soil dwellers that break down organic debris, or whether they are immature destructive pests. At this point, since you don't see any on your sedums and there is no plant damage, I would consider them beneficial soil dwellers and just leave them alone to do their jobs.
