I have two sedums that I've noticed tiny white bugs crawling around on the soil. I'm wondering if this is a problem and what I can do about it.

Without seeing the bugs, I don't know whether they are beneficial soil dwellers that break down organic debris, or whether they are immature destructive pests. At this point, since you don't see any on your sedums and there is no plant damage, I would consider them beneficial soil dwellers and just leave them alone to do their jobs. Good luck with your garden!
