My white bleeding heart has grown VERY big - about seven feet in every direction and is very dense, not light and airy, and is definitely too big for where it is. Can I dig it up now and move it? Can it be divided? I live an hour north of NY City. Many thanks.

You should wait until the tops of your plant die down late this summer and the plant goes dormant then you can dig and divide then replant your bleeding hearts. Good luck with the move.
