My one rosebush is producing big flowers and lots of buds but the leaves have black spots and are being eaten (they are looking lacey). What do you suggest I spray them with? Thank you.

The black spots and yellowing leaves sounds like a disease - called black spot. The skeletonized leaves sound like beetle damage. Both can be controlled with a product called Rose Defense which is need oil based and has some residual effect. Be sure to apply according to label directions. Best wishes with your rose bush!
