Spaghetti squash usually takes 90 days from seed. I don't know how old your seedlings are but you can count on beginning your harvest in late August or early September. The squash is ready when the skin has reached its fully ripe color (buttery yellow or orange, depending on the variety), the vine tendril opposite the fruit has turned brown and shriveled and the skin has hardened (your thumbnail shouldn't easily pierce the skin). Hope this information helps you determine just when to harvest your spaghetti squash. Enjoy!
