As long as you don't use pesticides in your garden, you should not have to import insects for pollination of the flowers on your vegetables. As soon as the plants flower, flying insects will arrive and they will transfer pollen from flower to flower. Love bugs can become problems in Florida because they reproduce so quickly. I would not intentionally release them in a garden. Good luck with your veggie garden.
