| Dead spots in lawns can be caused by lots of different things so I can't diagnose the problem, but I can suggest ways to help new lawn grow in the bald spots. Start by raking out all the debris and old grass roots. Dig into the soil to break it up a little and the add about an inch of compost. Mix it into the soil and then level it, broadcast seeds over the top and water them well. Keep the new grass seeds moist and they will sprout in 7-10 days. Enjoy your new lawn. |
