transplanting knockout rose bush - Knowledgebase Question

Can a knockout rose bush be moved after being in the ground over a year?? Please advise...thank you.

You can move your knock out rose if it is in the wrong place. I'd move it either in the fall or in the spring when the weather is cool and rainfall abundant to lessen transplant shock. If you need to move it now, wait for an overcast day or when rainy weather is forecast. This will keep your rose from suffering too much transplant stress. Best wishes with the move!
