My Iris's are over watered by Mother Nature, the soil does drain well.
But some of the flower buds have rotted because of rain. Is there anything I can do?

There's no way to stop the rain, but rain will ruin flower buds turn iris flowers into a slimy mess, so the best thing to do is snap those affect flower buds and flowers off the stem. With any luck the flowering stems will develop one or two healthy new flowers later in the season. Let's hope the rain stops so you can enjoy those beautiful iris flowers!
