I planted okra earlier this year but crinkets ate them. Can I plant them again, different area of course but is it too late?

I don't think it's too late to plant again. The okra plants will produce large flowers about 2 months after planting and the okra pods will be ready to pick 3-4 days later. Best wishes with your harvest.
