Pride of Barbados (Caesalpinia pulcherrima), also known as Mexican Bird of Paradise, grows and flowers best in full sunshine, in average soil, no fertilizer and dryish conditions. If you are feeding your plant, if it gets less than all day sunshine, or if you are watering too much, it will not flower. Make sure it gets full sunshine and try holding back on the water. It should bloom for you. Hope so!
