when is best to plant crape myrtle trees.

The cooler autumn, winter or spring months are best for planting landscape trees and shrubs. Your summer heat and humdity will make it difficult for a crape myrtle to become established. I'd wait until the weather is cooler! Enjoy your new crape myrtle.
