| I'm afraid the answer really depends upon how much dirt and what you want to put on it. You can rent a power tamper to help compact the dirt. Otherwise, it will settle with the rainfall. Dirt has sand, silt and clay. As these settle, the smaller particles move into the spaces between the larger particles. Only time, a tamper, and/or some rain can make this happen. |
