Green Bell Peppers - Knowledgebase Question

Hi, I have a green Bell Pepper plant and so far have 2 peppers on it and 3-4 more on its way. How do I know when to pick them, what size, feel color??

You can harvest bell peppers at any stage of their development. I would wait until they are at least 3-4 inches in diameter before harvesting, but not as large as those you see in the grocery store. If the peppers begin to turn from green to red or purple, they should be picked right away (you don't want them to become overripe and lose their green pepper taste). There are no hard and fast rules. Just pick when they are the right size and right color - and enjoy!
