There is a list of Javalina resistant plants put together by Arizona State University. They include:
Allysum , Basil, Butterfly Bush, Carnations, Dianthus, Chili Pepper,
Chrysanthemum, Cosmos, Cucumbers, Daffodils, Dahlias, Daylily, Deerbrush, Easter Lily, Eggplant, Geraniums, Gladiola, Globe Amaranth, Hen & Chicks,
Hibiscus, Ice Plant, Iris, Ivy , Juniper Shrubs, Juniper Trees, Larkspur, Lilac,
Manzanita, Marigolds, Pampas Grass, Pansies, Peonies, Petunias, Portulaca, Red-Hot Poker, Rose bushes, Rosemary, Sage, Santolina, Snapdragons, Sweet William, Vinca , Violas, and Zinnia. While it isn't a long list, it does contain some attractive plants.

Best wishes with your garden.
