Hi, I have two of these plants that were dug up from the ground and I've put them in pots.

Question: Should they be kept dry/moist/wet?

Thanks!

The Chile pequin is a much sought after perennial native hot pepper that is well behaved in the garden. It is an easy to grow favorite that the birds will also appreciate. Chile pequins will grow with sun or shade and respond to good care with more growth and fruits. They like moist soils so if you're growing them in pots, check them daily for water needs so you can keep the soil from drying out too much. Best wishes with your plants!
