What plants can be successfully planted in a screen enclosure with a pool. I would really like some flowering plants but without bees in the screen room, how would they survive?

You can grow all kinds of flowering plants inside your screen room. Bees transfer pollen which helps flowers set seeds. Without insect activity your plants will still flower, they just won't set seeds. Here are a few tropical plants to consider:
Kentia Palm, Sentry Palm, Lucky Bamboo, Money Tree, China Doll, Dracaena compacta 'Janet Craig', Rubber Tree, Swiss Cheese Vine, Spider Plant, Umbrella Tree, Calathea, Cast Iron Plant, Caladiums 'elephant ears', Parlor Palm, White bird-of-paradise, Pathos vine, Corn Plant, Bromeliads, Peace Lily, Alocasia, Ming aralia, Wandering Jew, Anthurium, Buddha's Hand , Watermelon peperomia, and Gerbera Daisy.
