Hello I have a few zuccihini plants and there are some white fluffy looking bugs on the leaves. I noticed my plants are starting to die. Is this from the bugs or do they start dieing at this time of year

I can't tell from your description what the insects might be but I suspect they are aphids. You can hose them off with a strong stream of water from the hose or you can control them with applications of insecticidal soap. It is a little late in the season for your zucchini so if they are beginning to die out it's probably natural. I would pull all the plants and debris and remove it from the garden. You can replant in September and have a good harvest before the end of December. Enjoy!
