what perennial can I plant between pavers on a patio?

Corsican mint is a very small, finely textured mint. Pratia is a similar low growing plant. Mazus reptans and creeping or low growing sedums, or even creeping thyme might work for you. It may be a difficult planting area due to reflected heat so you might want to experiment with several plants and see whcih ones do best before committing to an entire planting.
