We recently moved to the north tustin, california area and the house has several citrus(lemon, lime, grapefruit and orange)trees. How much watering do they need? they all currently have small fruit on them. |
Citrus trees can get by with very little water in your part of the country. The best approach is to make a basin or watering well beneath each and fill the basin, allow it to drain, then fill it a second time. In the hottest weather do this every 10 days. In the wintertime water them only every 3-4 weeks. Best wishes with your trees! |
