| Your potato plants will begin to flower in late summer. That's your indication that spuds are beginning to form underground. You can dig a few small potatoes at this time or you can wait until the tops of the plants die down at the end of the growing season. When they do you can harvest your crop. Hope you have a bushel of potatoes! |
