Browning leaves in the middle of summer usually indicate heat stress but it might also indicate water stress, especially if the affected leaves are pliable and not crispy brown. Be sure to water thoroughly once a week, applying water slowly so it percolates down and wets the entire root system. There's not much you can do about sunscald/heat stress. As the tree matures it should be able to tolerate the summer weather a little better. Best wishes with your tree!
