I could not find a liquid fertilizer that was either 15-30-15 or 10-50-10 for my Angel Trumpet. I did find Colorburst Flowering Plant Food that is 15-30-15, it is a Granular at HomeDepot. Will this work? If not I will continue to shop around for the fore mentioned.

Color Burst is fine. In fact any fertilizer with a higher middle number (phosphorous) will promote flowering. So, you can use a 5-10-5, a 10-20-10, a 15-30-15 or anything with those approximate ratios of NPK (nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium) to promote blooms. Granular fertilizers are usually time release so you won't need to feed as often; liquid fertilizers are fast acting. If your Angel's Trumpet is in a container I'd suggest using only half the amount of time release granular fertilizer as recommended on the package, or a half strength dilution of a liquid ferilizer (I use Peter's or Miracle Gro). Feed every 2-3 weeks during the spring and summer growing seasons with this diluted fertilizer to provide a continuous source of nutrients without the worry of overfertilizing and burning the roots of your plant. Good luck with your Angel's Trumpet
