ARE THERE ANY LANDSCAPING PLANTS, FLOWERS AND TREES THAT MAY BE PLANTED IN JULY?

July weather is just really difficult for landscape plants. You can plant Louisiana Irises but that's about all that will establish its roots during this period of time. I'd wait until late August to do any planting.
