Brown spots on the leaves can indicate a fungal disease but I can't identify the specific problem without seeing the plant. A general garden fungicide should help keep the disease from spreading. You may want to clip a few of the affected leaves and take them into your cooperative extension or well staffed nursery for help in identifying the problem and finding the best controls for the disease. Good luck with your plants!
