My hosta has holes and browning. What can I do? Help! |
Browning leaves can be caused by too much sunshine or fertilizer or it might be a disease - I can't really diagnose the problem without seeing it. You might try cutting off the affected leaves. If the plant is healthy it will develop nice green leaves without the browning. Slugs and snails love hostas and these pests feed at night so you rarely see them. Try a slug/snail bait such as Sluggo. Good luck with your hostas. |
