| Many new varieties of sunflowers have been introduced recently and are carried by a number of seed companies. One of the smallest, "Elf" is a Burpee exclusive. It has four inch blooms and grows about 16 inches tall. This may be the one you are thinking of. Elf and a number of other sunflower varieties are available through Burpee.
