Holes in rose leaves - Knowledgebase Question

I planted two rose bushes this spring & they have flowered fine. Now they both have holes like something is chewing on them. I dont see any bugs so I dont know what to do. the roses are

Flea beetles can make small holes in the leaves; caterpillars can eat large chunks out of the leaves. The control is different for each so until we know for sure who's doing the damage, it's difficult to suggest a remedy. Try to catch the culprit in action so you know what you're dealing with and can take specific measures against that pest. There's a product called Rose Defense that is neem oil based which is broadbased and has some residual effect so you might try that.
