The Q&A Archives: mold

Question: i have mold on my plant and some of leave have rut in them. what do you use get rid of them?

Answer: I'm afraid the control really depends upon the plant. Some general purpose garden fungicides are safe to use on most plants, but be sure to read the label. If you find the name of your plant, it is safe to use. If not, don't use the product. Lots of times all you need to do is prune away the damaged plant parts to remove the mold from the garden. Pruning also opens up a plant to better air circulation which can also help stop fungal diseases from developing.
