The Q&A Archives: A stumped not growing rose bush

Question: I have a yellow rose bush that has not been taken care of in years. The poor thing has very tiny tender branches. It has bloomed a couple of flowers but it just doesnt seem to be coming back at all. I have pruned back as much as I could, fertilized it and also placed fresh soil, everything else seems to be growing well but this baby. How can I get it to get stronger and be the beautiful?
