What perennials should I plant in July, or is it too late?

Here are some long-blooming late season perennials you might consider: daylilies, black-eyed susans, purple cone flowers, Russian sage, garden phlox, malva, asters, goldenrod, Joe-Pye weed, boltonia and Japanese anemones. If you purchase transplant they should establish in your garden and bloom right on time. Enjoy!
