I have a lot of bulbs in my garden. Some of them, such as my lilies have already flowered and are now just green stalks. Should I cut them down to the ground now or just leave them alone? Thanks

As long as the leaves and/or stalks are green, they are manufacturing and transporting energy back to the bulb. The more energy the bulb can store over the summer months, the larger the plant and flowers will be next year. So just leave everything alone. When frost kills the tops back you can cut them down and remove them from the garden. Enjoy your garden!
