When do I need to trim the blueberry bushes? I have a lot of dead wood on one of them and it was the one that did not produce this year.

If it has not or will not produce fruit this year, you can prune it back now. In general, blueberries are usually pruned in early spring because they develop flowers on new growth. So you can prune now or you can wait and prune in spring.
